Special use permit denied by zoning board!

The zoning board denied the permit for the special use of land on Lynwood Drive, by a vote of 4-3. They requestor has fifteen days to file for an appeal with the County Commissioners, so we need to assume that he will do that, and prepare accordingly. If anyone has time to help with research, or has any connections with people who may be able to help us in this matter, please contact the Lynco Board. We will keep you posted, as this goes along, here and at our Facebook page. Thanks, again, to those who came out, and especially to those who spoke to the zoning board.
